Frequently asked questions
Why would I need a coach?
You already know what to do. Sleep more, move daily, eat better, manage stress. Knowing hasn't done it, and more information won't either. A coach closes the gap between knowing and doing: we build a system that fits your actual calendar, measure whether it works, and adjust until it does. Then I remove myself, and the system stays.
Do you replace my doctor or therapist?
No. I don't diagnose, prescribe, or treat anything. Coaching works on behavior: sleep, movement, food timing, stress habits. Your doctor owns every medical decision, and anything clinical gets referred out. When we work with lab results, they're the ones your doctor ordered, and your doctor stays in the loop.
What if I've tried diets before and nothing worked?
Then you're exactly who this was built for. Diets fail on schedule: they're generic, they run on willpower, and willpower runs out around week 3. Coaching starts where diets end: habits built into your real life, tracked daily with five simple numbers, so you can see whether it's working instead of guessing.
Will my insurance cover coaching?
No, and I'd rather say that plainly than get creative. This is self-pay. Prices are listed openly, payment can be split into 3 monthly installments, and the founding phase is discounted. If you're in the US, some HSA/FSA administrators reimburse health coaching; check with yours, I can't promise it.
What types of payment do you accept?
Payment happens before we start and never comes up during sessions; that time is yours. Pay in full (a bonus 60-minute strategy session is included) or in 3 monthly installments, invoiced month by month. Card and online payment for international clients; bank transfer or Przelewy24 in Poland.
Should I connect with my doctor first?
Yes, and it's a condition, not a courtesy. You tell your doctor you're working with a behavioral coach. If we use lab work, it's the lab work your doctor ordered. Any change in training or eating that touches a medical condition goes through your physician. I coach behavior; your doctor owns medicine.
Is coaching about restrictive diet plan?
There's no meal plan here at all, restrictive or otherwise; prescribing diets is outside a coach's scope and I keep to mine. We work on food behavior instead: timing, defaults, and the environment around eating. What lands on your plate stays your decision. It just becomes an easier one.
Do I have to work with a coach forever?
No. If it were up to me, you wouldn't work with a coach one week longer than necessary. The program is 12 weeks, with a defined end, plus two follow-through check-ins after it ends: one at day 30, one at day 90. By week 11 you're leading the sessions, on purpose. The product is a system that runs without me. Alumni who want a light touch afterwards can add an optional monthly maintenance plan: month to month, cancel anytime. Optional means optional.
Will I have to buy vitamins, shakes or supplements?
No. I sell coaching and nothing else; selling supplements is the fastest way to corrupt health advice. I take supplements myself, chosen with my doctor from my own bloodwork. If your doctor prescribes something based on yours, we'll build the habit of actually taking it. That's the whole story.
What do I have to lose?
Thirty minutes for a discovery call, where I'll tell you straight if the program isn't for you. After that the risk stays capped: full refund through week 1, and a week-6 checkpoint where your own numbers decide. From day one you log five numbers daily: how rested you wake, hours slept, morning energy, afternoon energy, how well you switch off. If you did the work and fewer than three of the five improved against your baseline week, you choose: leave and the remaining weeks are refunded, or keep going. On the other side of that trade: sleep you can count on, steady energy, and a system you own.
